Gooey Chocolatey Cake Bars...

Tonight I thought I'd share one of my favorite go-to recipes during the holiday season or anytime I need a sweet, gooey treat!  Plates of these have gone to parties, neighbors and teachers this year and they are soooo easy and yummy.

Ingredients: 18 oz. pkg. white cake mix, 2 eggs, 1/3 c. oil, 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk, 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1/4 c. butter.

Combine cake mix, oil and eggs. Mix well then press approximately 2/3rds of mixture into a greased 9x13" pan. Set aside.
Combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter in microwave-safe bowl.  Microwave in 60 second intervals, stirring each time until melted. Pour over cake mixture in pan.
Crumble remaining dough over the chocolate mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Let cool before cutting.  Make approx. 3 dozen

Pour a cup of coffee and enjoy!  Happy baking...
