Exciting weekend ahead!!

lots of great treasures have arrived this week at Nest~!  In case you haven't heard, Downtown Burlington has a new Farmer's Market and it begins this Saturday!  We will OPEN at 8:00 am this Saturday morning so please come down and support our local farmers and craftsmen and then come shop at Nest!  We will have coffee and Paul's doughnuts while they last :)

  {Farmer's Market is behind the children's mural}  They will also be announcing the winner of  The Next Great Place!  Hope you all can make it Downtown for a great weekend of fun!!!

trash to treasure!

I have a little obsession with jars and bottles. Like bordering on hoarder-like obsession. I never throw them away~salsa jars, pickle jars, mayo jars, cute little baby food jars...I even buy a specific brand of pasta sauce because I LOVE the jars it comes in.  Sad, I know. Well, behold... tonight I started going through my stash........

got out some bits and bobs of lace and flowers (another obsession).....

Springtime at the shop...

This week I was inspired by all the springtime colors surrounding us, thus this little vignette of easter egg shades of aqua and pink.  Gorgeous pastel vintage dresses, old pink painted furniture and of course some blooms from the garden! {this week my Spirea bush is in full bloom leaving little white petals that look like snow all over my driveway :)} Lots more pictures here!

 We will be open our regular hours this week~Friday and Saturday from 10-4!

Speaking of gorgeous, check out my Olivia all decked out in her pretty spring colors! She is just too precious for words and we appreciate your prayers for her more than you know!  Tomorrow her daddy and I will be taking her to Duke for an appointment so mom and Hannah will be running the shop~Have a lovely Easter weekend!
